The Pastries

The viennoiseries and pâtisseries are made fresh daily by hand in their Mercer Island Atelier de Production. The legendary butter croissants ($7.74) are flaky perfection — the kind that make you close your eyes on the first bite. The intricately folded Kouign-Amann ($10.34) is equally extraordinary. The establishment strictly avoids convenient shortcuts, intentionally maintaining limited quantities to guarantee the highest possible quality and freshness.

The lunch and dinner menu features items like the classic Croque Monsieur ($20.80), crafted with milk bread, béchamel cream, jambon de Paris, and emmental cheese, and the Le Parisien sandwich on a levain baguette. Each item reflects the same uncompromising standards as the morning pastries.
